Terms of Service

1. Scope & Engagement

We provide web design, development, domain/hosting setup, and maintenance. Each project is governed by a written quote or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content/assets and timely feedback.
• Ensure rights to supplied materials.
• Approve milestones; raise change requests promptly.

3. Fees & Payments

• Standard: 50% deposit, 50% on launch (or 40/40/20 milestones).
• Invoices due within 7 days.
• Out‑of‑scope billed separately with prior approval.

4. Schedule & Dependencies

Timelines depend on feedback and content delivery. Delays may shift deadlines.

5. Revisions

Packages include defined revision rounds; extras billed hourly.

6. Intellectual Property

• You own final output after full payment.
• We retain generic know‑how/components.
• We may showcase unless you object in writing.

7. Third‑Party Services

Some features use third parties (domains, hosting, CDNs, analytics, payments). You agree to their terms/fees.

8. Maintenance & Support

Ongoing care offered via separate plan (updates, backups, monitoring, content changes, reporting).

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Work substantially conforms to scope at launch.
• No guarantee of specific rankings/conversions.
• All other warranties disclaimed except required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to fees paid for the project.

11. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non‑public info confidential.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach after 10 days’ notice. You pay for work done; we deliver in‑progress assets.

13. Governing Law & Venue

Indonesia law; venue Denpasar, Bali.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision.
